Our spacious apartment offers our clients the opportunity
to enjoy superb accommodation with a fantastic outlook. Privacy is a feature of our apartment, when combined with the tranquil
and laid back ethos of this enchanting (authentic) region of Spain, living here guarantees a very relaxing way of life.
Our apartment faces inwards towards the lawned gardens and therefore there is no intrusion
from passing vehicles. We are dog / cat friendly. Close access to both of our pools.
There are 2 bedrooms (1 double with en-suite bath & shower, toilet & bidet). The second is
a twin, opposite a second bathroom with bath & overhead shower & toilet. Both have built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging
space
A comfortable living - dining area provides a table and chairs to seat 4 persons, a large sofa & coffee
table provides ample seating. UK T.V programmes are available via our satellite system. The balcony can accommodate 'al-fresco'
dining, overlooking the land-scaped lawns below.
Every need is taken care of in our fully equipped kitchen, which includes dishwasher, washing machine,hob/oven,
fridge-freezer & micro-wave oven.
Finally we have a designated parking space (covered) located within the complex.
The region enjoys over 3000 hours of sunshine per year and is the brightest place in Europe enjoying one of
the best climates in the med. Our minimum rental period is 6 months & we will accept renewable contracts.
